Our Name: A geode is a sphere shaped rock which contains a hollow cavity. Each geode is unique in composition and can only be truly discovered when opened. The size and formation of the internal growth within make each geode special. The rough exterior of the geode gives no indication of the secrets held within its core.

We believe that this definition parallels the theme of our work with both organizations and individuals. Each is unique, each has the foundation within to determine next steps. We assist clients in defining and knowing their own strengths and limitations and understanding the impacts in every situation.
